KV Go

A Kennebecasis Valley trial transit option.

The municipalities of Quispamsis and Rothesay are proud partners in KV Go, a Demonstration Project that will test a new transit solution for the Kennebecasis Valley.

Beginning Monday, August 11, KV Go will provide free, daytime bus transportation to a limited number of key locations throughout the communities for a few months this summer and into the fall. It functions as a "stop-to-stop" transit service on two (2) fixed routes during weekdays and one (1) fixed route on weekends.

The goal is to provide the framework for a long-term transit option for the Kennebecasis Valley, which would improve access for individuals and families in Quispamsis and Rothesay to run errands to grocery stores, banks, medical appointments, visit municipal parks and facilities, and other important services.

*Regretfully, due to circumstances beyond our control, the Go1 route will not feature a wheelchair-accessible bus at the outset of this project. It is our intention to have a wheelchair accessible bus on this route as soon as possible and we will post notice when the bus is in place. Go2 will be wheelchair accessible.

KV Go Bus Stop signs are affixed at each bus stop location.

Rider Survey

We want to make your KV Go experience one to remember!

Please share your thoughts on riding the bus by completing our survey and you'll have a chance to win a $50 gift card!

Collecting information from residents throughout the demonstration is important. This data from Quispamsis and Rothesay residents will help guide the implementation of KV Go, including the priorities, preferences, and specific needs of our communities.

The information collected from the survey will be used to inform future decisions related to transit in the area.

Paper copies will be available at, and can be returned to, either Quispamsis Town Hall (12 Landing Court) or Rothesay Town Hall (70 Hampton Road).
